Beef Bourguignon with Mashed Butternut

Beef goulash is marinated overnight in red wine, then slow cooked with onions, carrots, garlic, baby onions, tomato, bay leaf, thyme, rosemary, bacon and mushrooms. Served with a side of mashed butternut.
