Beef Bourguignon with Mashed Butternut

Beef goulash slow cooked with onions, carrots, garlic, baby onions, lots of red wine, tomato, bay leaf, thyme, rosemary, bacon and mushrooms. Served with a side of cinnamon butternut mash.
