How does the meal delivery service work?
Each week, we prepare a set menu featuring both vegetarian and low-carb options. The meals are then frozen and delivered to your doorstep every Monday. Our containers are microwave and oven friendly, making it easy for you to enjoy a hot meal with minimal effort.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver in the Cape Town area including Goodwood, Edgemead, Parow, Bellville, Brackenfell and Durbanville. If you're unsure whether your location is within our delivery range, please contact us for confirmation.
What is the delivery fee?
The delivery fee is R60 per week.
What if I am not available to receive my delivery?
If you are not available at the time of delivery, we will return your order to our kitchen where you can then collect your meals from our location in West Beach at your convenience.
Can I customise my meal plan?
Currently, we offer a set menu each week. While we do not offer customisation of individual meals, we aim to provide a variety of options to suit different dietary preferences.
How do I store the meals once they are delivered?
Our meals are delivered frozen and should be kept in the freezer until you are ready to eat them. They can be reheated directly from frozen in the microwave or oven.
How do I reheat the meals?
Our containers are both microwave and oven friendly.
What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?
Please contact us to discuss any dietary restrictions or allergies you may have. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and provide information on the ingredients used in our meals.
How can I place an order?
You can place your order through our website. Simply choose the meals that suits you best and complete the checkout process. Orders must be placed a week in advance to ensure delivery the following Monday.
