Cape Lamb Curry with Dried Apricots

Slow cooked lamb on the bone with dried turkish apricots, sweet potatoes, peas, onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes, curry powder, whole spices, vinegar, apricot jam, a dash of coconut cream and a dollop of peach chutney.
