Beef Bourguignon with Buttery Mashed Potatoes

Beef goulash is marinated overnight in red wine, then slow cooked with onions, carrots, garlic, baby onions, tomato, bay leaf, thyme, rosemary, bacon and mushrooms. Served with a side of buttered mashed potatoes.
